We're at the end of this batch of our tasty Italian sausage. The packages have small and large bits and pieces. Not really suitable as hot dog replacements but perfect for a traditional spaghetti sauce for a classic meal or a sausage stir fry with fresh garden vegetables for an unusual but simple summer dish. Sausage filling is all sheep, with no pork fat added. Made with natural pork casings. Priced per pound.
