Our Mutton Breast is from the belly, with layers of fat and lean meat. It's perfect for smoking or braising. One fancy presentation involves layering with stuffing, rolling it, and slow-roasting. The breast can also be cured to make a lovely mutton bacon for your breakfast. Sold individually and priced per pound (usually weighs between 1.5-3 pounds).
